Thank you for choosing to be a part of our community at PAINT MOORE, doing business as PAINT MOORE ("Paint-Moore, "we", "us", "our").  We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.  

 

Confidential information (the "Confidential Information" or "Privacy Policy") refers to any data or information relating to the Client, whether business or personal, which would reasonably be considered to be private or proprietary to the Client and that is not generally known and where the release of that Confidential Information could reasonably be expected to cause harm to the Client.

PAINT MOORE agrees that it will not disclose, divulge, reveal, or use, for any purpose, any Confidential Information which PAINT MOORE has obtained, except as authorized by Client.  In accordance with CCPA, we do not sell personal information.  This obligation will survive the expiration or termination of the purposed Agreement and will continue indefinitely.

PAINT MOORE automatically collects certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services.  This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information such as browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, and other technical information. 

 

Guests providing their email addresses will be automatically added to our distribution list (for promotions or newsletters) and guests may opt out of this list at any time by clicking unsubscribe.  We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the App.  If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.

During events, we reserve the right to take photos/ videos and use these photos on our social media, website, and for promotional or marketing materials. You may notify us at the event if you do not wish to be included in any photos used for the above purposes.

We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or other social media account.  If you choose to register in this way, we may collect certain profile information varying name, email address, as well as other public information on such social media platform.  We will use the information we receive from third-parties only for the purposes that are described in this privacy notice or otherwise made clear to you on the relevant Services.  Please note that we are not responsible for third- party social media providers and recommend the review of their privacy notice.

We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument.  All payment data is stored by Wix.  You may find their privacy notice link(s) here: https://www.wix.com/about/privacy

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active database. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine the Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.  If you area California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to Paint.moore@yahoo.com or visit https://www.paint-moore.com/contact-us

If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with a Service, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Services.  To request removal of such data, please contact us via email at Paint.moore@yahoo.com or https://www.paint-moore.com/contact-us.  Please include the email address associated with your account and statement, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from all our systems (e.g., backups, etc.).

Content available on the Website or through the Service may include material provided by or received from third parties. Paint Moore does not permit the use of content on its websites that infringes on the copyrights or trademarks of others and will remove any such content if properly notified of such violation in accordance with the procedure set forth below.

To notify Paint Moore of alleged copyright or trademark infringement on any Paint Moore affiliated website or social media platforms, send a written communication to Paint.moore@yahoo.com. In your notice, please provide ALL of the following information (as required by 17 U.S.C. §512 (c)(3)):

i. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

ii. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.

iii. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material.

iv. Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.

v. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

vi. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receiving the above information, Paint Moore will promptly investigate and take appropriate action, then notify you of the undertaken action at the provided contact address.

PAINT MOORE may update changes in our privacy policy relating to our website or services. If there are any terms in this privacy notice in which you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.
